South Devon's iconic Burgh Island Hotel has just opened its doors to The Nettlefold Restaurant, a high-end seafood establishment named after the hotel's founder Archie Nettlefold.
Part of the latest stage in the island's multi-million-pound refurbishment, it serves locally sourced produce in dishes infused with British, French and Asian-inspired flavours.
The menu has been designed to reflect seasonal changes, and will be varied to ensure guests staying more than one night at the property will have the opportunity to sample contrasting culinary themes and flavours.
Highlights include lobster and scallops caught in Beesands and seabass and sole from Brixham.
For further information and to book, call 01548 810 514, visit www.burghisland.com and follow the hotel on Instagram @burghislandhotel
