Nestled in the picturesque countryside between Newquay and Truro is the enchanting Tartan Fox, chef Adam's first Cornish pub venture, which will be serving up a selection of outstanding pub roasts including a half-roast chicken with lemon thyme, hot smoked wagyu sirloin and BBQ cauliflower with beans and capers. Dinners are served with all the trimmings including roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese and seasonal greens.

The talented team have also prepared a special Mother's Day drink, Mum's The Word, a light and refreshing blend of Earl Grey Tea Infused sapling gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and London Essence tonic, perfect for a celebratory toast to mum. There's even The Tartan Fox's most popular pudding, a deep-fried Mars bar served with frozen honeycomb.
