Caerhays Estate to host Wedding Fair by the sea and it’s FREE to visit

One of Cornwall's most extraordinary estates is preparing for its annual wedding showcase. Caerhays will be hosting an extravagant Wedding Fair on Sunday 7th April, which will celebrate the Estate's third licensed wedding site which is just a stone's throw from the sea.

Considered one of the most incredible wedding locations in the region, the Caerhays Wedding Fair will see more than a dozen hand-picked wedding suppliers attend and will be hosted in conjunction with Absolute Canvas at Beach Meadow, adjacent to Porthluney Beach.

Lucinda Rimmington, marketing manager at Caerhays Estate commented, "We feel so proud to be unveiling Beach Meadow as our third fully licensed site in which couples can say their vows at Caerhays. It really does have the wow-factor, and is the closest licensed wedding venue to the sea on the South Coast of Cornwall - it's hard to beat that!"

With only a handful of beach-front locations in Cornwall where you can officially say "I do", Caerhays has Coastguards Lookout, The Vean and now Beach Meadow as fully licensed wedding venues. "Whether you are newly engaged or carefully working through your extensive wedding checklist, we can't wait to welcome you to our Wedding Fair for a day filled with love, Cornish charm and inspiration" commented Jen Polkinghorn, wedding co-ordinator at Caerhays. "From talented photographers, makeup artists and florists, to food, music and celebrants, our hand-picked suppliers will be on hand to answer your questions and help bring your visions to life. Running from 11 am until 4 pm, tickets are completely free and visitors will have the opportunity to explore all four of Caerhays wedding locations. "Every couple has their own unique love story so we're delighted to be able to offer four locations, each with their own distinctive character. All four sites are spectacular in their own right and are sure to 'wow' couples as they explore what their wedding could look like. One thing is certain, a wedding at Caerhays is truly magnificent and we're proud to showcase one of the region's most unique and renowned locations" continued Jen.

Confirmed suppliers include Beetham Food and Peboryon Cakes, with every angle covered making a trip to the Caerhays Wedding Fair an absolute must for any couple. In association with Absolute Canvas - a marquee specialist with over 24 years experience, visitors will be able to see one of their marquees in-situ at Beach Meadow.
