This exclusive event will showcase the venue and grounds with styling ideas offered throughout and a fabulous selection of the team's favourite suppliers. Explore the entire venue from the stunning prep space known as The Paddock, through to the beautiful ceremony spaces in the Cider Barn and the glorious Walled Garden, not to mention a peek at the chic Scandi-styled accommodation pods.

The venue will be styled by the fabulous Fika Event Hire, Glas Events, Emma Hewlett Flower Design and Flowers by Sophie Millington, so if you want to see some seriously stunning ideas for your wedding then this is an event to not be missed.

If you're both foodies, you'll be able to sample delicious canapes from the award-winning Pickle Shack and Mulberry Catering Co. The Upton Barn team have invited the brilliant Exe Valley Pizza Co along to create their hand-made wood-fired pizza and give visitors a taste of something different to offer wedding evening guests. The Little Buttercup Cakery will be showcasing the dreamiest wedding cakes and their fabulous favours. Wine expert Paddy at Vine Wine will be on hand to offer wine tasting with some of the team's favourite wedding breakfast wine options, plus there'll be Hawkstone on hand too.

Enjoy a host of entertainment from clay pigeon shooting with Clayzer, to mini golf with Portable Putts. Strike a pose in the cool VW Photo Booth supplied by Vintage Camper Booths, and be amazed by the magic by Graham Prigg.

Soak up the sounds of the amazing Conscious Club and saxophonist Dan Costin playing while listening to wed-day advice from the brilliant photography and videography teams at Kathryn Clarke-Mcleod and Nova Wedding Photography.

The event will culminate in a showcase of fashion led by Kate from Kate Walker Bridal with her stunning bridal gowns, menswear by Fine & Dandy, bridesmaid attire by Abidemaids and accessories by The Lucky Sixpence and Claire Austin along with stunning veils by Rebecca Anne Designs.
