Creative catering and events company Pickle Shack based in Exeter, Devon has seen edible flowers blossom within the wedding catering scene in recent years. They now feature in every aspect of the day, from the drinks to the desserts.
Events coordinator Anna Waters tells us, "They add a delicate and pretty finishing touch and Pickle Shack are proud to be working with multi-award winning Maddocks Farm Organics based near Kentisbeare in Devon for all our fresh edible flower needs, using locally sourced varieties that are in season."
