For something moderately less muddy and a bit more boozy, Bedruthan have also launched a new Partners In Wine break, so couples can indulge in an intimate night away together and wake up by the sea on Valentine's Day. Enjoy a delicious meal at The Herring restaurant with a glass of wine pairing for each of the three courses, before settling into a comfortable room with nothing but the sound of waves to help you drift into a peaceful slumber. Food at The Herring celebrates the region, with Cornish salami, whiskey and black treacle cured trout, roasted cod with wild mushrooms and duck egg tart with freshly picked blackberries just a taste of what to expect from the creative menu. The experience includes an artisan bakery breakfast to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own room or the hotel's sea view restaurant, use of Bedruthan's environmentally friendly spa facilities complimentary wellbeing classes.
