Exeter-based chocolate specialists Chococo has launched its Chocolate Biscuit Cake Wreaths in time for Xmas that come in a classic and vegan-friendly version. They're the perfect accompaniment for a Christmas afternoon tea or even as an alternative to the traditional Christmas pudding.
Perfect for sharing, the Madagascar origin dark chocolate tiffin cake is crammed full of tart-dried cherries, raisins and rich tea biscuits. The classic recipe is smothered in Venezuela origin milk chocolate, decorated with dates, apricots, dried cranberries and drizzled white chocolate 'snow' and the vegan-friendly variety is smothered in Madagascar origin dark chocolate decorated with pecans, cranberries and drizzled vegan tigernut chocolate 'snow'.
Wrapped in compostable cornstarch cello and presented in a cardboard box, this chocolate biscuit cake makes the perfect alternative to a traditional Christmas cake and will easily serve 12 people
