Cornwall-based chef Paul Ainsworth brings Drive & Dine Theatre to the Cornwall Showground throughout August. Following the huge success of Tom Kerridge and Pub in the Park's Drive & Dine Theatre which took place across the UK in July, Paul is excited to bring the series to this beautiful region, a great idea for those celebrating their staycation honeymoon or minimoon in the area.
The first event takes place on Thursday 6th August and dishes on sale made by Paul and his team include a 'Drive-In Dog' (hot dog with a clotted cream brioche bun, fairground onions, mustard mayo and pickles), 'Ainsworth Fried Chicken' (served with sticky Korean barbecue sauce, spring onions and sesame shake pot), 'Baked Cornish Nachos' (served with oozy Davidstow cheddar, jalapeño salsa and coriander) and 'The Cinema Samosa' (with kachumber salad, mango chutney and korma sauce).
