The company is Founded by Will; an extremely passionate bartender, mixologist and food writer. He has experience spanning 13 years in the hospitality industry which include opening and running cocktail bars in Sydney, General manager for Mark Sergeant in Soho London, Consulting for sites across the country (Lymington, The Cotswolds, Oxfordshire,) managing The Rooftop Bar in Polzeath as well as earning numerous stripes successfully organizing wedding bars across the country.
Will has recently been in India judging the Diageo World Class competition and began writing his first book on the regional street food and drinks of India.
The reason for starting the business is because each day is so different its so exciting to have the challenge of creating a different concept each time and allowing the creativity to run free and adding a touch of theatre to leave people with a long lasting impression.
