Previously a boutique hotel, the first phase has just opened situated by Gyllyngvase beach in Cornwall. Phase two will see the completion of 53 sea-facing apartments erected in a development called The Liner. The new-look property will also offer a destination spa with the world's first Cornish sea salt steam room and the largest hydrotherapy pool in the South West. There will also be a health club with a rowing studio, a rainforest steam room, a glass-fronted Finnish herbal sauna, a mud-steam experience and an outdoor hot tub and sauna with sea views. There will also be 32 new bedrooms in the Beach House and two new restaurants called The Garden Kitchen and Brasserie on the Bay.
