Harbour Hotels introduces new foodie concept called Harbour Kitchen
Harbour Hotels is also introducing a new foodie concept, Harbour Kitchen, to five of its properties including St. Ives Harbour Hotel & Spa as well as Padstow Harbour Hotel (pictured) and Fowey Harbour Hotel.
Harbour Kitchen will pride itself on championing Great British classic dishes created with unexpected twists, offering in-season, sustainable and local produce.
John Pollard, the group executive chef, is a great supporter of locally sourced food so the menus will enjoy wild-caught seafood, grass-fed meat and fresh seasonal produce as well as internationally inspired dishes such as steamed mussels with Thai coconut chill and lime, and seabass fillet with mussels, pak choi and miso broth.
