Àclèaf Restaurant opens in Boringdon Hall Hotel located in Plymouth, Devon

Devonshire head chef Scott Paton has opened new restaurant Àclèaf at the five-star country manor house Boringdon Hall Hotel. Located in the main house, it will provide a dining destination experience showcasing the finest British produce through a four-course Signature Menu (£80) and a six-course Tasting Menu (£95) using many ingredients sourced in the South West. This will be complemented by an English-led wine offering.

Head Chef Scott Paton comments: "I'm thrilled to be launching Àclèaf where guests can expect a culinary journey led by the bounties of produce available to us in Devon.
