The Horn of Plenty
This magnificent 19th-century manor house hotel is located on the Devon and Cornwall border surrounded by rolling countryside and overlooking the Tamar Valley. This view is enjoyed from the bedrooms that have balconies and also from the restaurant where ceremonies take place for up to 47 loved ones. Savour the old orchard, Victorian walled garden, beautiful bluebell field, large pond and kitchen garden all while saying ‘I do’ at this luxurious, independently-owned, four-star venue.
Ceremonies can also take place in the Library for an intimate 25 guests, in the Drawing Room for 30, and in the Lounge for up to 90 loved ones. A maximum of 200 guests can be accommodated in the large marquee in the grounds. Couples are encouraged to create their very own tailor-made day with owner Julie and her team at this special property, recently voted Best Wedding Venue in Devon in the 2016 West Country Wedding Awards, based entirely on feedback from couples who married there.
